ERN SPRING SUNDAY RUN. SAINT VALENTINE'S DAY. 14 FEBRUARY 2010.
Brendan & Fi
On Saint Valentine's Day 2010, our best Sunday run turnout so far. 24 runners (Fi, Brendan, Phil, Elly, Aicha, Alan, George, Teresa, Laurie, Janet, Val, Eirwen, Heather, Jo, Ros, Andrew, Tracy, Fraser, Chris, Zoe, Fiona, Krista, Giuliano, Murdo plus Gordon on his bike) ran either an 11 mile or 7 mile route starting and finishing at Leith Victoria Baths. The weather stayed dry, if a little nippy at times, and all met afterwards at the Baths for delicious stickies. Many thanks to Heather for her “Half marathon reviving cake” (coconut-topped spiced porridge oat tray-bake) and her (Alan's Special) “Crunchy Ginger Biscuits”and also to Fiona for her “Parsnip loaf”.
