ERN SPRING SUNDAY RUN. GARDEN AND PARK. 7th FEBRUARY 2010.

Cool (if not cold), but dry weather saw another excellent turnout (21 + Haka) for the Sunday run. Elly, Ellie, George, Heather, Aicha, Alan, Murdo, Fiona, Val, Eirwen, Maria, Karen, Tracy, Stephen, Chris, Jo, Les, Krista, Giuliano, Ros and Brendan. Meeting at Meadowbank Sports Centre the route took ERNs via Regent Road and Waterloo Place to the Mound junction (where we go some nice vocal support from visiting French rugby fans!), West Princes Street Gardens to the Grassmarket, Pleasance and up round Arthur before finishing back at Meadowbank. The route was a bit humply but took in all the City Centre sights and it was good to visit Princes Street and the Grassmarket while they were quiet.
Many thanks to Tracy for this week's delicious stickies. Started a conversation about having a Bake-my-Run section for our runs as well! Heather suggested the following names for some of the creations so far:-

Everything-free Fairy Cakes
Muddy Run Recovery Chocolate Cup Cakes
Krista's / Fi's / Tracey's Ultimate Banana Bread / Choc-Chip Banana Bread
