19 runners turned up for either the marathon-training 18 mile long run or an alternative 7 mile run. Despite the previous week’s poor weather and the unfavourable forecast, it stayed dry throughout and all enjoyed a good day out. The 18 miler took runners past the destruction at Silverknowes Promenade (from last week) which has resulted in the cancellation (hopefully temporary) of the 5km Parkruns. On a happier note, good to see Phil looking so fresh after his epic D33 race the day before and many thanks to Elly for her Guinness fruit cake - Splendiferous!
